What this is
Panos House is currently a demo / concept that shows the approach. It may become a full website in the future; that conversation is ongoing.
The challenge
Guesthouses lose a significant part of their margin to platform commissions (Booking.com and others). The answer isn't to leave those platforms — it's to have a presence of your own that is strong enough to make guests want to book directly with you.
The approach
- Cinematic landing page — large images of Meteora and an atmosphere that sells the destination.
- Scroll animation that keeps visitors engaged and guides them towards booking.
- A clear call to book — an obvious next step, without distractions.
- Mobile-first — because travellers search on their phones.
