The question comes before the purchase.
When should I change my oil? Which product fits my vehicle? What maintenance might be coming up? These questions can be confusing. Helping people find clear information makes for a better shopping journey.
Four useful tools.
At e-Papanastasiou we developed interactive features for oil condition estimation, choosing an oil type, exploring car components through a 3D view, and generating a vehicle maintenance plan that can be printed. The store uses Wix with custom Velo and embedded functionality.
These tools are informational. They do not replace manufacturer guidance or a qualified mechanic. Their purpose is to structure information and help visitors identify an appropriate next step.
The workflow matters too.
Product uploads, written descriptions, payment options, shipping logic and a bank transfer receipt workflow all contribute to the overall experience. The visible website is only part of the work.
The key decision was not to add features for their own sake. It was to build functions that help the customer.
Better commerce starts with a better answer.
